My name is Elif Karakus.

About Me.
Elif Karakuş is a multi-faceted professional with a passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and creative expression.
Born in Istanbul in 1983, her 20-year career as a Food Engineer specializing in flavor and fragrance components laid the foundation for her current work at Kybele Wellbeing Academy, which she founded in 2022.
Elif is also a published author ("Şırıl Kahvaltı'da," 2020) and a dedicated advocate for social responsibility. Her projects include directing a short film on celiac awareness (2021), leading sustainability initiatives with JCI Istanbul (2023), and serving as Vice President of the TOKTUT Association (2024).

I have been graduated from Food Engineering Department. I have attended Ege University Theatre Group and I was founder of Dramaturgi Theatre Group in Engineering Faculty. Carbonated 100% apple juice thesis accomplished. During my education, there were milestones where I realized my creativity and leadership abilities.
